We understand: committing to a class with payment up front before your child even tries it feels risky so let’s remove that risk for you.
Fill in the form, together we'll arrange a day to visit the appropriate class for you or your child, and just turn up. We’ll email you what you will need to know in advance of your first visit.
And don’t worry, most poople, especially children are a little worried to start but they soon get used to the class format and start having fun in no time.

I didn't know that Jenny could be so loud
She has always been quiet and we wondered about how she was going to do at school. Now we watch her with surprise and, probably, a lot of pride.
She shouts so loud in class and seems to want to challenge anyone to be louder than her!
It is brilliant and, as the instructors always say, she has truly “found her voice” which has made her happier and more confident.

Knowing self-defence has helped me deal with the world better
I have been doing Kung Fu since I was 3 years old and it has always been in my life. It is only now that I see the confidence and awareness that it has given me.
Just learning basic self-defence helps develop your self-confidence, self-esteem and self-awareness. Knowing how to use your own body, mind and voice, and being aware of the world around you, makes living so much easier.
It is about being aware of what your capable of, no matter what your size, age and gender. For me, I have always loved that anyone coming into the classes feels welcome and safe.

I always feel at peace after class and very grateful to have found this wonderful health system
I see Tai Chi as a positive lifestyle choice which really does help you to look after your own health. When they asked me my thoughts on it, well, I came up with:
1. By doing a combination of external and internal training it strengthens the overall condition of your Body
2. Practising the "form" together produces a deep-level of calm and connection with other humans (Spirit)
3. The levels of concentration needed keeps you mentally alert and sharp (Mind)

I come out all classes always feeling better, more at peace and I am so thankful that I have something in my life which continually helps me.
